Hello everyone, our weekly schedule seems to be working well – we will remain consistent with this schedule through the winter.
Weekly Schedule (at The CAT):
Monday 5:00-6:30pm
Wednesday 5:00-6:30pm
Saturday 3:00-4:30pm

“Open Court”: In addition to the formal team training schedule above there are free “open court” times available at The CAT for the players on Tuesday afternoons until 6:30pm, Thursday afternoons until 6:00 and Sunday mornings after 11:30am. Players must let the coaches know if they plan on taking advantage of the free time. These “open court” times are for Academy Team Players ONLY.
Uniform and Team Apparel Sizing: We have been sizing players for uniforms and team apparel this past week. If you have not had your son sized yet please make sure to do so during or after practice tomorrow or Wednesday.
4v4 Study: Players and Parents, please take the time to watch this video of Soccer Coaching 4v4 Components. This video does a great job describing what we are teaching the boys with 4v4 training.
