Summer Schedules and Saturday Preseason Friendlies

Hi All, as the season approaches Coach Tuukka is adding another practice to our weekly schedule.

Although we are still finalizing scheduling details with our Academy League, we can say our league games will likely be played on weekend evenings. Therefore our weekday training schedule will be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.  

Our plan is to train Mondays and Wednesdays at The CAT (as we do now), and then Thursday nights 4:30-6:00pm at the Youngs Sportsplex, Welland, on the new outdoor turf fields.  Our season looks to start play May 25-26.

We wanted parents to have this information early so that families know what to expect schedule–wise for the summer.  We will communicate the league schedules as soon as they are finalized. 

Saturday Pre-season Friendlies

We are also finalizing plans for pre-season exhibition friendlies in the Toronto area starting Saturday, May 4.   Parents will receive all details as soon as they are finalized. 

Tournament Schedule

As of now we are confirmed in two US Tournaments. 

June 8-9 we will be competing in the 2013 Erie Premier Cup, in Erie PA. Hotel reservation information has been sent out to parents. We will have a tournament information meeting for families in the coming weeks.

July 4-7 we will be competing in the AC Milan Continental Cup in Cleveland Ohio.  Hotel information will be emailed shortly.

We are deciding on a third US tournament which will be communicated as soon as possible.
